Hi everyone! My name is Moriah Gillespie, and I am incredibly honored to be your National American Miss Kansas Elite 2026.
I recently competed at the National American Miss Kansas State Pageant and was blessed with the opportunity to bring home the Kansas Elite title. Now, I am preparing for the next step of this journey: representing Kansas at the National American Miss National Pageant in Orlando, Florida.
Growing up in the small town of Howard, Kansas, I never imagined that one day I would have the opportunity to represent my state on a national stage. This experience has already given me so many opportunities to meet incredible people, grow in confidence, and use my voice for causes that are very important to me.
During my year as Miss Kansas Elite, I am focusing my platform on two things that have shaped who I am: animal advocacy and women’s wrestling.
I am passionate about supporting local animal shelters, fosters, and rescues and helping bring attention to the amazing people who give animals a second chance. I also wrestled for 13 years, during a time when opportunities for girls in wrestling were much more limited than they are today. I am proud to see how much the sport has grown, and I hope to encourage the next generation of girls to be confident, strong, and never afraid to take up space.
As I prepare for Nationals, I am raising funds to help with expenses including travel, lodging, wardrobe, preparation, and other costs associated with representing Kansas at Nationals.
Any amount of support means more to me than I can say. If you are unable to donate, simply sharing my fundraiser or helping connect me with businesses and organizations interested in sponsorships or collaborations would be incredibly appreciated.
Thank you for supporting me, believing in me, and helping this small-town Kansas girl take her journey all the way to the national stage.
I am so excited to represent Kansas and make everyone back home proud.
Out of Wichita, Kansas, I’m Moriah Gillespie — totally rockin’ superstar extraordinaire! You’re welcome!
