On April 28 I was out walking my dog(Yodi) on his normal route. As I was picking up his poop Yodi decided to go ahead of me on his leash around the corner. I heard a loud high pitch yelp from Yodi and saw a guy zoom past on a electric bike no stopping to see if he was ok. It was a hit & run. I'm now stuck with a high vet bill do to this careless bike rider. Yodi has possible broken leg/paw from what my vet has told me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
