Beloved friends and family, they struck me down once more, this time taking away something that actually keeps me sane & out of "trouble" (lol) but most importantly helps me coupe with my depression that I struggle so hard everyday with. My car!.. I was pulled over, and the reasons were for Car being to low to the ground, Car had a modified exhaust (what car enthusiast doesn't) , my cars front license was "too high" that it being in the front windshield is defined as to high. And my registration was expired 4/20/21 and it was 5/2/21 when I got pulled over. >>ff. The tow truck gets there, the cops are telling me and they will be putting a 30 day hold, I was upset, but didn't show any hostility. They then said that Sat and Sun don't count for towards the 30 days for APD. but it does to the tow yard. Welp i called the tow yard today and asked them if I was able to pick it up and they told me that. They were wondering who's car it was because they were about to sell it. WTF! They said that I got til Tomorrow!!! To come up with $2300 before it goes out for auction... I am at loss for words right now. They didn't even give me a chance to go to my court date, which is scheduled for Aug18th my Moms Bday. I can't even go to get my belongings out my car unless i get release form which cost $150... from tools to toiletries, shoes, personal documents, memorabilia. In all honesty it was my house! I did every thing to that car, turned every single nut and bolt. Replaced every single part, upgraded a vase majority of of the car. I probably had to put at least $14k+ easy into the damn thing, I made that car for me. I bled for that car and worked hard as hell, day and night 24/7 literally. That's all I did. But the APD thinks they can pull me over because my car fit the description of a "StreetCarTakeOver" or "racecar" so they said, but have the right to take an owners car and hold it for 30 days then have them pay for an outrageously incorrect numbers because the police said sat sun don't count but they did for the tow yard. IM RAMBLING! Anybody that could help me get my car out will get to go on a ride along. With me. And everyone that helps will also all be paid back!
