I'm updating with the latest. Heath had to have his big toe amputated to remove all of the infection in the bone. He is now in a rehab facility for at least another 2 weeks. Once he's released from there, we aren't sure how long it'll be before he can return to work. His company has been amazing, and his job is secure, but no work means no pay. I am currently working two jobs, but what I make isn't enough to cover our monthly bills. I am doing everything I can and am trying to get more work, but we still need more help. I am truly at the mercy of of your generosity. I feel like I'm begging at this point, and I hate every second of it, but I don't know what else to do. I want each one of you to know that the love you've shown our family, along with God's grace and mercy, is what is getting us through this ordeal. Thank you, again, from the bottom of my heart.
My husband, Heath, has been hospitalized with an infection in his foot. The infection has entered his blood and possibly bone. He is a diabetic, and this has caused issue with his blood sugars and blood pressure. We have no idea how long he will be in the hospital or how long he will be out of work afterward. Heath is the main financial provider for our family. With him missing work now, we are going to have some financial struggles for a while. I am a proud woman, and I do not like asking for help, but I know that we need it. If you feel led to give, I thank you. If you can't, but offer up a prayer for my family, I thank you. If you share this with others, I thank you.
