FurnaceNeededASAP

My furnace died in late 2024. We just went through the coldest winter in ages. Lynn and I were cold!  It was SO cold a pipe burst in the basement and it flooded.  2 feet of water. Ruined everything we had stored in the basement. Our home insurance is taking care of that, however city code inspector got involved. Now they have declared the house unlivable until a furnace is installed. We are both on a fixed income. I am retired and he is disabled. Any help you could give would help us immensely. That house has been in my family since 1960. It’s been my home almost my entire life. Please help us stay warm next winter.
