On December 7, 2023, Mohammed's life was changed forever. Mohammed lost not just one, both of his legs and half of one of his arms.
He now lives in a tent and still has yet to acquire prosthetics nor a wheelchair. His days are spent shimmying across the dirt with the use of his remaining arm, which he has become quite skilled at.
But Mohammed still has big dreams of doing everything a normal ten-year old would. He wants to play soccer, enjoying swimming again and he wants to travel the world.
His limbs were stolen, but nothing can steal his hope and optimism for a better future. He is truly an inspiration and deserves all the support and recognition in the world. He is the definition of resilience.
Your donation, no matter how small, is enormously appreciated. Traveling outside of Gaza costs thousands of dollars per person, and evacuation is essential for Mohammed to be fitted for legitimate prosthetics.
