Like a rose, growth begins with strong roots.
Throughout my journey in pageantry, I've learned that confidence and personal growth don't happen overnight, and they certainly don't happen alone. Behind every strong woman is often a community of people who believed in her, encouraged her, and helped her become who she is today.
As the director of a teen pageant program, I've had the opportunity to mentor young women and watch them grow in confidence, discover their voices, and step into their potential. Some arrive unsure of themselves, but with support and encouragement, they begin to realize just how capable they truly are. Watching that transformation has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
That's why the mission of Still She Rose resonates with me so deeply.
Still She Rose reminds us that growth happens when people are given the care, support, and encouragement they need to thrive. Through wellness initiatives focused on self-care, positive body image, emotional wellness, and personal growth, the organization is helping create a stronger and healthier pageant community.
The rose symbolizes the strength that grows within each of us when proper care and attention are applied. I believe that's true not only in pageantry, but in life. When people feel supported, they gain the confidence to overcome challenges, pursue their goals, and continue growing into the best version of themselves.
Through your donation, you're helping support programs that encourage wellness, self-discovery, and personal growth for women, teens, and leaders within our pageant community.
Because when we are rooted in support, we gain the strength to rise.
Thank you for supporting Rooted & Rising and the mission of Still She Rose.

Still She Rose is a wellness program for leaders, women and teens in the pageant industry. Funded by the B4ACUSA Foundation, wellness program initiatives are open to all pageant community members.
The ROSE is symbolic of the spirit that grows within each of us when proper care and attention is applied.
Together, we can encourage wellness through self care, positive body image, renewed self esteem and affirmation of one's identity beyond pageantry. We aim to engage in a conversation of support, honesty, reflection and awareness, in order to promote wellness as the foundation of the pageant industry.
Because each of us can say, She Struggled; and Still She Rose.
