I recently made the difficult decision to resign from my position at Utah Juvenile Defender Attorneys without notice. After enduring poor treatment, discrimination, and burnout, I knew I had to step away for my own well-being. But I’m not giving up—I hope to create something better.
Next week, I will be launching my own private law firm focused on providing private youth criminal defense services in Utah. This transition comes with challenges, and while I work to build a strong foundation, I need help covering personal expenses. Any support—big or small—means the world to me and will help me continue doing the work I’m passionate about on my own terms.
All funds raised through this will go directly toward my personal expenses—not business costs—such as rent, groceries, medications, and insurance. If I reach my goal, I’ll have three months of stability to focus on launching my firm without the added stress of making ends meet.
I’m incredibly grateful for any support, and I’m committed to paying it forward. Thank you for believing in me.
