Hi friends, family & community,
Arlen (my 5-year-old) has a new best friend at her preschool whom we all love. Her family just moved here five months ago from Cleveland, and they are still trying to figure out how to get a car. Currently, they have to take (2) busses just to get to school, which means that their commute is ONE HOUR long EACH WAY only to travel about 5 miles across West Seattle.
It would cost roughly $2,500 to ship their car here and get the WA state licensing tabs from where they moved across the US.
Having a car would make a tremendous impact on this family - especially Arlen's little bestie <3 Please consider joining in our effort to make this happen sooner than later.
