Need a helping hand.  After years, and years of saving and planning I moved into my first and only home in 2000.  It was a dream come true. Lots of memories....much laughter.  I thought that it would be my forever home.  Unfortunately, I lost my financial means of support.  Since I could no longer pay my mortgage I rented out my home.  I was sure at some point I would be able to move back into it.  Unfortunately, covid hit and things did not go as planned.  I lost my tenants and eventually I had to put my home up for sell after 20 plus years.  I found a happy buyer that was willing to purchase my home.  But due to the two mortgages on the house the purchased price will not cover both mortgages. Mounting fees, various inspections, attorney costs, village fines and legal fees keep rising each month.  If I cannot pay my closing cost as the seller, I will have to let my home go to foreclosure.  I need help with the closing fees to complete the sale.  I have $500 but that is not enough.  There will be no financial gain for me after the sale of my home. However, I will be at peace knowing that my home will be a dream come true for another family. I know that with things as they are in the world my situation is nothing compared to the hurt of others.....but to me it's my world.  Thank you for your support.
