Help to Rebuild After Car Loss, then job , almost homless

In the last few months went from having decent job , car i actually really liked and was happy with and was happy renting for now (well was ) , taking care of my mom . To now having someone I believe has no business driving crash into my challenger totaling it without payout going to finance com basically leaving me out around 18 thousand not including the thousands spent on repairs and maintenance and no car to top off on that day having cops arrive so I could get police report gives me 3 tickets. Tickets leading to me getting taken to jail and having to sit out( this part i know, my fault) but was thinking about lot of things . So after points during accident going to jail got me rest of points had left resulting in me getting fired after getting released. Had gotten a piont due to Uber times and drivers canceling. Yes Uber Ed to work and back which wasn't cheap at all. Leading to where im at now, No car ( car i saved good chunk to pay decent down because had been wanting for a while) no job still dealing with court and no money with rent coming up and already behind on bills not to mention fridge looks pretty sad and not that it matters for my health what bothers me more is it's affecting my mom's health since now I haven't been able to get what she needs. I know I cant give up but it's like what's the point when after being responsible you get what made me happy and being financially in position where could take care of mom and not be stressed on bills and could enjoy my car to just in one day because some (not gonna say what I really want to about driver) guy started what now feels like was all pointless. All that time hard work . Might seem like nothing to upler class people but basically he destroyed what took me a few years to get , to what had me in a place in life I felt good and happy about. Now close to maybe being with out a place to live which isnt my main concern , main concern is how it's affecting my mom who has a heart condition to top it off. People being careless and having no respect for others living Status just ruin other people's lives without any regard and in many occasions like mine no punishment or loss to them .
