CV-19 has sadly taken away traditions and milestones such as graduation and prom for thousands of Chicago students. SocialWorks is going to turn this negative into a positive. We're going to throw the biggest commencement prom celebration...dedicated to all our students! Will you help us fundraise for this once-in-a-lifetime celebration?
Meet, SWorkshops - a fundraiser web series created in response to CV-19! This series aims to inspire, educate, connect individuals to local and national creatives, as well as sharing their professions, interests, and hobbies!
This campaign will directly fundraise a graduation and prom celebration for students within the Chicagoland area when it is safe to do. While we can't promise when it will be safe to reconvene, we can promise you'll have something to do! Contribute to SWorkshops, for learning today and celebration tomorrow.
More about SocialWorks:
SocialWorks, founded by Grammy-award-winning musician and humanitarian Chance the Rapper, aims to empower the youth through art, education, and civic engagement.
SocialWorks aims to empower youth through the arts, education, and civic engagement while fostering leadership, accessibility, and positivity within the youth throughout Chicago. By using this framework for our interactive spaces and experiences, SocialWorks hopes to nurture local talent and open new doors much like what its co-founder Chance The Rapper has done in the music industry.
By utilizing grassroots marketing and staying true to his vision, Chance has become the first streaming artist nominated for a Grammy. Together, SocialWorks and friends hope to move forward with the same spirit of innovation, bringing the city and its youth together.
Donate today to support Chicago's youth!
