A tornado went through my Mom’s home area and a tree took out the back end of her house. My step Dad that raised me from first grade went on top of the house to put a tarp down to keep the rain from falling in their living room. He slipped and fell of the roof and was rushed away by 911. He broke his neck. He also has 2 spine fractures, 2 hip fractures, and 7 broken ribs. He was hospitalized for over 7 days and will possibly wear the neck brace for a year to prevent permanent damage. My Mom went out on FMLA and only gets $93 a week. He is also a severe diabetic. Her first of 3 bills just came in at $23,000. She does not have great insurance. So if you could donate anything to help lessen the expenses I would be greatly appreciative. She is almost 70 and keeps working 12 hours a day to get by financially. Thank you to whatever you can do.
