Will you support us as we stand for medical and religious freedom in the USAF?

Dear Friends & fellow citizens,

My name is Maggie Schilperoort. I am a military spouse and mother. My best friend & husband, Brennan, is an honorably-serving 17-yr Active-Duty Air Force officer and Pilot who is being actively persecuted for his stand for medical & religious freedom in our country. Our personal legal battle dates back to nearly 5 years ago, when the now-publicly-declared ‘unlawful’ COVID shot mandate rolled out. We had serious reservations about taking the shot, due to a genetic condition we both carry (which resulted in the loss of 3 of our pregnancies), and previous adverse reactions to vaccines, but our request for a medical exemption was not even considered. We then requested a religious exemption (our Constitution states that basic human rights are God-given, and may not be denied by man) but upon formally submitting these requests, we were denied and refused due-process. We won our federal lawsuit against the unlawful COVID mandates in the summer of 2022 (Doster v Kendall).

Brennan had a previous severe adverse reaction to the flu shot that left him bedbound for 3 days so he requested a medical exemption for it, but the AF refused to even consider it. He then submitted a Religious Accommodation but they refused to process it in violation of their own regulations and the law, and punished him with a Letter Of Reprimand, instead. When we also learned that the genetically-altering, untested mRNA technology was being formulated into the flu shots, and that other immoral and unethical practices were taking place in these drug companies, we knew that we absolutely could not, in good faith, comply any longer. Instead of honoring my husband’s constitutional rights as a citizen of this country—which he has sworn an oath and his life to defend—and try to find a way to accommodate him as required by law, they elected to:
- Bar him from his flying position
- Deny him promotional opportunities
- Refuse to allow him to attend professional development training courses
- Initiate Involuntary Separation Proceedings against him

The most significant violation occurred three months ago, in mid-March:

While our case is still in appeal, they abruptly cut off my husband’s pay in the apparent hopes of making a personal example of him for standing up for the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every citizen. Other service members also facing involuntary separation over current political issues are being given double severance pay, while we are being treated as law-breakers.

I am passionate about our cause because it sets a precedent, not just for military members, but for all citizens of the United States.

Since I have also recently lost my personal contract as an Exceptional Family Member Program provider for the USAF, we currently have no source of income while we fight these unlawful actions.

We will win the legal battle for medical and religious freedom! However, in the process, the USAF is attempting to starve us out of our fight against their lawlessness.

We are now struggling financially, and not just to fund Brennan’s defense case. The last of our savings was recently exhausted to replace our failing AC unit, and since then, we have borrowed money for a necessary car repair. We have cancelled our personal subscriptions for needed healthcare supplementations and chiropractic care. We withdrew our son, Braeden, from his martial arts classes and other developmental activities, and we are now paying for groceries with our credit card. With the sudden and unjustified withdrawal of Brennan’s pay (even though he’s still on active-duty status), we will not be able to afford our mortgage this July.

I am now reaching out for help. First and foremost, will you pray? With us, please ask for Divine intervention and guidance to bring back and preserve basic human rights in this country. And for anyone who is in a financial position to contribute, will you help us fund our legal case for medical freedom, and help us stay on our feet as we make significant personal sacrifices to do so?

Thank you for standing with us as we continue to press forward.

My love and gratitude to each of you!

     –Maggie Schilperoort

WE FINALLY WON!

Praise God!

The Air Force BCMR (Board for Corrections of Military Records) finally rendered their decision to:

*FULLY Restore Brennan's Career and Aviation service back to the date he was placed on Involuntary Excess Leave (No pay status), with full recoupment of back-pay!

*CANCEL THE DISCHARGE

*FULLY Remove ALL NEGATIVE RECORDS from his personnel file

*Put him up for promotion to O-5 (in the AF that's a 'Lieutenant Colonel')

*Recommend him for the next formal AF school.

Brennan wasn't sure this day would come but my spirit knew that our steadfast faithfulness would be honored and our hopes renewed!

Thank you TO ALL YOUR GENEROSITY!  We would not be here without it and especially, all of your prayers!   We cannot thank you enough for not only helping our victory but also for furthering the fight for medical freedom and our Constitutional rights.

May our victory be an encouragement for all those still in the middle of their fight!

**We will now be closing this giving campaign**

From the bottom of our hearts & In God's Love,  Happy Resurrection Day!

God is good!

Thank you everyone so much for your continued prayers and support! Our case is yet to be resolved, however the article attached describes our most recent and significant breakthrough.

Our two largest formal complaints against the leadership action (which is driving our discharge), were just substantiated, proving that the command action was unlawful and should negate the discharge proceedings.

Thank you all for how you have helped us to get where we are today. Much love to you and your families ❤️

  Dear friends and family,

We are overwhelmed and in awe of how each and every one of you have responded to our request for help. It feels akin to having one's fire re-lit for the rest of the journey. Knowing that we have the encouragement and support of others who understand and feel the importance of this stand, has fortified and warmed our hearts in such a way that we will never forget. These are pivotal times in our country in so many ways, and the feeling of standing together with others who deeply value the right to exercise personal freedom, brings comfort and strength that can be felt in the bones. To each and every one of you that have prayed, given powerful words of upliftment, and contributed in such an incredibly generous way, thank you, thank you, thank you 🥹. As your gifts and comments have come in, we have prayed for each of you, including every anonymous giver.

Your kindness has been a covering, a bridge, and a bulwark for us in this fight. You have cared for our needs during this river crossing, helped us make progress with our legal standing and perhaps most significantly, your outpouring has greatly built the momentum of awareness of our situation. The current administration has begun to take action, and just directed that Brennan's pay be turned back on. This is a huge first step toward accountability for how service members are treated around the issues of constitutional rights. The overwhelming public support has placed much needed attention on this issue. More action is still pending, regarding Brennan's career and what our next steps will be going forward. This chapter is far from over, as we and others are still awaiting intervention from the current administration, but we know we are not alone and we give a huge heartfelt thanks to every one of you who are standing in the gap with us.

Our financial needs from the three months of missed pay, as well as our current legal fees have been covered by your generosity. Any incoming donations from here on out will be used strictly for next step legal fees, or donated to support other service members in similar situations.

May each of you be blessed and multipliedfor your love poured out, and strengthened in any area of life that you currently seek God's help for. As one is uplifted, we are all uplifted.

Much love and deeply thank you,

 Maggie, Brennan and Braeden
