I’ve been unable to navigate anything outside of my home since 2000 without my electric wheelchair, as I have limited capacity to walk any more than 20-30 feet total daily.  When I do walk, I am fearful of tripping and others knocking me over as my sense of balance is off due to numerous medical procedures.  I have also had repeated falls, which have increased recently. This keeps me confined to my electric wheelchair when I leave my home and sometimes even while I’m in my home.  To transport my wheelchair, a new lift system is necessary.  The lift system I have now is a 2008 lift system and has been slowly going out to where it presently is randomly working.  This leave me stranded in my home and when I am out in public, jeopardizing my livelihood and safety.  Please help me in raising the funds to buy a new lift system for my van so I can continue being independent.  I would be truly grateful for any amount you can contribute.
