It was the month of March, 2024 when my son mom decided to take it up on her own to violate the court ordered rights of mine pertaining visitation to my son. I have spend hundreds of dollars with the clerks office of dyersburg TN to have her served, but everytime nothing's ever done about it. I haven't seen my 4yr old son sense March of last year when she decided to stop showing up to the location that was ordered to meet at by the judge of dyersburg "which was the library of dyersburg TN. I've called legal aids, met with legal aids for help, but know one will help. I can't afford a lawyer which is why am asking for grace and mercy. I know there's understanding parents who understand the law of equal rights, and my son belongs in my life just as well as hers.
