I have been in Aviation all my life, and so has the Weaver Name, 1905 to give an idea. My role has been Instructing. In the past 8 years, I have observed many students. As a former CTE Aviation Teacher, I noticed many successful young people could have been Pilots. Due to their economic situation, they could not afford what the privileged few could. Without going through a mountain of paper documentation process. I decided I could evaluate when someone needed assistance to achieve a pilot future and did so. Many Corporations have told me that I needed, what some would say is a Marketing background, which I do not. I'm Just a lifelong Aviator with a passion for teaching the underprivileged in Aviation and I need an airplane preferably a Cessna 172 and a place to hanger at KEFD.
