I am a 21 year 7-combat deployment retired Air Force Veteran who is fighting a now 3-year battle against an underhanded police department (who violated the record retention act) and has been harassing my family and has caused undue stress to say the least... I have never received a fair trial in Bergen County New Jersey. I am not a felon. I have no criminal record. Nor do I use drugs. I took a job as a federal agent 4 years ago, but my wife became ill, and I left the academy to care for her. She recently received a liver transplant 4 months ago. She was born with a bad liver. She is not an addict or alcoholic of any type. My firearms and firearm purchaser card were taken from me 14 years ago. When they should NEVER have been taken away. I cleared my name and received them back, and now without any occurrence or anything happening, my firearms card was just taken away again because a file was never removed from the New Milford Police Department. The case is currently under appeal. I am a heartbeat away from going to the supreme court in New Jersey. I need all the help I can get in this matter. This is not right. I just graduated college with a 4.0 GPA in Justice Administration Suma Cum Laude with a concentration in Homeland Security Studies. I am aggressively looking for a job, but this hurts me a great deal seeking a law enforcement job and being re-hired to go protect our national borders. I really need all the help I can clearing this up. It is un-American what is being done to me. I am not a criminal. The Judge who heard my case Judge Kazlou jettisoned the case without hearing testimony from wife and never made the police department produce their records, nor let my other character witnesses (law enforcement) testify. This is horrible. All the stress the police have caused me, on top of being in and out of the hospital the past 3 years with my wife, fighting this legal battle and going to school has been exhausting. I thank you for reading this. This case could be the next Bruen when it comes to the gun and firearms laws in New Jersey... My family and I need help. Don't let these underhanded entities win against myself and family in a country I have given so much for...
