Hanadi, a brave mother of three, is facing unimaginable challenges. Displaced in Gaza, she and her family are struggling to survive. Just two months ago, Hanadi underwent a cesarean section without anesthesia. This harrowing experience left her in debt, as she had to borrow money for the surgery.
Adding to their distress, Hanadi’s husband suffers from a chronic illness that has caused painful, pus-filled blisters on his feet, leaving him unable to walk. This has placed an immense burden on Hanadi, who is now the sole caregiver for their three children.
Hanadi herself is in urgent need of gall bladder surgery and is enduring extreme pain daily. Despite these hardships, she continues to care for her family with incredible courage and resilience.
Their children urgently need fresh food, diapers, and clean drinking water—basic necessities that are currently out of reach. Hanadi and her husband desperately need medical attention, which they cannot afford.

Hello, my name is Hanadi Jabr, and I am a mother of three living through the devastating conflict in Gaza. The war has torn apart our lives, destroying our home and livelihood. My husband, already suffering from chronic illnesses, can no longer work, leaving us without income for over nine months. Our home was obliterated, and we lost everything. My children, the oldest just five and the youngest only days old, face extreme hardship. I endured a difficult childbirth during the war, leading to severe complications. Without access to proper medical care or medications, my health is worsening. Living in a makeshift tent in a displacement camp, my family struggles with a lack of clean water, baby formula, and food, while diseases like hepatitis and cholera spread in the unsanitary conditions.
