My name is Promise Henry and I am proudly participating in the Miss America Organization Go Red for Women initiative in partnership with the American Heart Association.
I am raising funds to support women’s heart health research and educational scholarships that open doors for young women to lead, achieve, and thrive. As an aspiring healthcare professional, this mission is deeply personal to me. I believe in a future where more women are empowered through knowledge, access, and opportunity.
This is more than a competition. It is a commitment to purpose, leadership, and impact. A promise I intend to fulfill through service and advocacy.

Miss America and Miss America's Teen National Scholarships are awarded by a separate non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the Miss America's Scholarship Foundation Inc. This collaboration provides funds for national awards, and in addition, both Miss America's/Miss America's Teen State Scholarships and the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women movement. The American Heart Association's Go Red for Women is Miss America's Scholarship Foundation's national health thought leader. All above mentioned entities are 501(c)(3) organizations and all donations to this campaign are fully tax-deductible per IRS regulations.
