Hello family and friends!
My name is Carla, I am raising funds for my father Milton medical expenses in the Dominican Republic. He is currently fighting type 1 diabetes, pneumonia and kidney failure. It’s been some challenging weeks since September 28, 2023. I was able to flight out the following day and go help and make sure he is receiving all the medical help he needs. In the Dominican Republic hospitals don’t always have the medical supplies nor treatment he currently needs. It’s been an outgoing weekly expenses getting what they don’t supply.
He is also receiving dialysis 3x a week.
Which it’s something that needs to be paid out of pocket since the hospital can’t provide the service. We have someone coming in to provide the service. This also includes having to purchase blood for each treatment.
With having to take care of such expenses every week it’s challenging to take care of everything else.
Papi is a cheerful person who enjoys cooking and baking. He is a proud father of 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren. He loves his pets who keep him company.
I am asking my friends, family, and the public to please help my amazing father , our silly Papi on this difficult journey as he has made it this far alone and now needs support, prayer, and kindness from everyone, as he has not been able to be himself and breath on his own. The funds will be used to cover medical expenses and his bills while under medical care.
