Help Me Get Back On The Road For Health

I am a disabled person and I am a forgetful person and I have a lot of appointments I have to make like doctor's appointments and appointments for my mental health but I don't have a car now because my car tore up on me the other day while I was driving to a appointment it started over heating and the battery died on me I don't know what is wrong with it or how much it's going to cost to fix I really need a dependable vehicle to get me backwards and forwards to my appointment's so if anyone out there can help me I would highly appreciate it
