I spent 3 years supporting a sigh waving homeless man (Ken) spent over $1000 getting him out of jams. Only to find out through my church and God that Ken was on crack. I still keep a stash of $1 bills in my car to give to all homeless on the corners waving Flag: Please Help.
My plan with funding is to pick up each homeless person and take them out to buy them lunch to find out how they got where they are now. Then find out their desire to change their situation including my provided transportation and help connecting them any State or church run Job training and housing programs.

Be willing to: Sigh a contract commitment to the best of their ability, to participate in, with my transportation and guidance help to any and all State or church run Job training and housing programs. Including the x homeless person is required to prepare frequent progress reports to insure everything is going to plan.
3. X homeless to be willing and wanting to call on God daily to help in any area of need.
4. The requested $5000 or more will be put in a specific dedicated bank account including:
