Hello everyone, my name is Catherine. Recently, I moved to Mexico to be with my husband following his deportation. Just a few days ago, a fire broke out at our neighbor's home. Without thinking, my husband and I rushed to help. In the chaos, my husband suffered burns on his arm, and I ended up with second-degree burns on most of my left leg. It was a terrifying moment, but I'm grateful we could assist and that everyone is safe now.
Now, I'm facing the reality of recovering from these burns, which requires ongoing visits to a burn specialist and physical therapy. Unfortunately, I find myself unable to cover these medical expenses alone. The treatments are necessary for healing and getting back to normal life, but accessing them feels overwhelming
