On December 19, 2025, Constitutional Law attorneys Van Irion and Russ Egli filed a Petition with the U.S. Supreme Court asking that Court to investigate and stop illegal activity of government employees within the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Irion and Egli discovered shocking corruption within the 6th Circuit and other courts that threatens the very foundation of American law and our system of justice. The issues raised by Irion and Egli go beyond any one lawsuit being litigated in these courts, and instead addresses open corruption that is threatening to prevent fair justice for ANYONE bringing disputes to the courts of this country.
The printing and filing fees alone cost over $5,000 to file this Petition with the U.S. Supreme Court. To continue fighting corruption within the American courts system the Foundation needs your help to recover these costs.
Lead attorney Irion is not a “rich attorney.” Instead he has spent most of his 21 years practicing law fighting pro bono to protect individual citizens from government overreach and abuse of authority. Unfortunately fighting for the little guy is not a formula for getting rich. Mr. Irion is grateful that he has the ability to fight to protect constitutional rights. But he needs help from the people of this country to continue the fight against government corruption and abuse of authority. He and his foundation appreciate any donations you can provide.
