Plaintiff Mark McCormick was suing XCD REALTY and Property Management in The Arizona Superior Court. After more than a year the case finally comes to and end. The court ordered McCormick to pay Defendants XCD REALTY and Property Management Co. A total of $61,026.00 for legal fees.
