We are organizing a march against state agency child and adult trafficking. This is a form of human and child trafficking many aren't aware is happening. In fact; over 67% of all child trafficking victims, runaways, and early child suicide victims, come from the foster system. Under the ASFA (Adoption and Safe Families Act) of 1997, The Social Security Act; Title IV, and CAPTA, CPS across the country is incentivized to remove children, while getting paid for every child they remove. That said, DFPS/CPS is harmfully detrimental to the families of the Great State of Texas, this includes the mental health of the entire family affected by DFPS/CPS intrusion. DFPS/CPS claims they do not need a warrant to remove our children, however according to the 4th Amendment as well as Article 1 Section 9 of the Texas Constitution, and the Texas Children's Commission, they must have a warrant. Under the American Social Security Act (1935) 11.01.6d, CPS canNOT remove a child upon the objection of either parent or individual acting in Loco Parentis or Guardianship of a child.
Under Texas Family Code, Title 5 Subtitle B Chapter 151:
151.003 Limitation on State Agency Action:
“A state agency may not adopt rules or policies or take any other action that violates the fundamental right and duty of a parent to direct the upbringing of a parent’s child.”
With your help, we can raise awareness, we can raise enough money to fund our march, and turn this march into the liaison program that will protect children and families from all threats of harm to the Nuclear Families of our great country.
We will be using all funds left from the march to start a 501c4 program that will be a liaison/shield to protect children and their families from DFPS/CPS, and ensure the adherence to all civil, federal, and parental rights up to and including the Federal Family First Act. We aim to remove family law from the criminal courts. As it sits, there are no liaison programs that will truly fight for the families and truly protect the families.
I urge you to do your own research on the bruta interference that is CPS and you will find the other agencies they use against the family. If your family has been affected by the aggressive overreach and unconstitutional and abusive actions of DFPS/CPS please consider attending our march for the Nuclear Families of Texas.
We have chosen to be a 501c4 because I have read as a 501c3 there is a limit to how much lobbying we can do, whereas with a 501c4 there is not.

I have found that there is a correlation between the studies of Psychological Torture on detainees and what DFPS/CPS does to the families and children they are sworn to protect.

Psychopsema and Psychological Torture go hand in hand in CPS cases in that they use of illusory promises and abuse of power under then color of law to deprive both parents and children of their Constitutional and Fundamental rights.
