My grandson was diagnosed with ASD at 8 years old. He is now 19 and in need of support as he has relocated back home where he is getting re-established after being moved from at least eight times in that timeframe.
He is receiving the psycho-educational support to see how to best approach his need areas. The evaluation cost is $2,000 and all but $400 has been paid. I have been raising two of his siblings since 2014, who are now 12 and 14 years old on a fixed income as a retired grandmother.
I am committed to helping him to get up to speed academically, gain as much independence as he can, and pursue his aspirations. He is bright, intelligent, thoughtful and caring.
