Help My Family Out While I Recover

Me and my wife just had our first child sadly shortly after I became vary sick and have been in hospital for a week now still trying to find out what is around with me exactly seems to be something wrong with my liver and kidneys. Due to this I have fallen behind with work and bills and haven’t been able to be there for my wife and child as I would like to me witch has been extremely difficult for both me and my wife I’m not one to ask for hand outs ever but I’m truly lost with what to do anything can help at this point thank you all and god bless
