I've come up with a way to get my 1974 VW Bus, that I've owned for 30 years to kauai. But I can't afford to do it alone. So I'm reaching out for help, but not a handout. I'm offering an awesome opportunity for anyone considering a visit to kauai in 2023.  Let me break it down, it's going to cost me around 4k to get my Bus shipped to Kauai . about 2k in shipping/registration,  a thousand in back storage and repairs it's had while in storage, and another thousand to travel to Oregon, and get it to the port in Seattle.)  to raise this money I'm offering to rent the bus out during 2023 to people who helped make the dream a reality. I'm looking for 4 people to pay 1,000 dollars each. What you get for your 1,000 dollars: up to 14 days rental of the vintage VW camper bus, To driveand camp in all over kauai . You can share your adventures with up to FOUR people ( you better really like them cause the bus sleeps four, but pretty tightly).
 I'll offer 3 solid days at the beginning of your trip to be your personal tour guide, where I can promise waterfalls, tropical rain forest, secret beaches, kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, boating, and meals of local food. I'll help you procure all the necessary camping permits, any possible gear you want or need. You could literally just show up with a small backpack. You won't need anything I won't have for you.   
you will also have access to my humble Hale on a five acre exotic fruit orchard where you have access to ful kitchen, indoor and outdoor baths & showers, 
 and internet for those who might need.  
 
this is an incredible opportunity for people interested in visiting kauai next year , that can afford to pay for the trip this year.  
renting a camping van on kauai is nearly impossible, and often costs around 300 dollars a night if you can find something available. And hiring a guide for 3 days that will take you on adventures of your choice including , boating , waterfall hikes, snorkeling, fishing, surfing with one of the top ranked surfers on kauai for his age ( my son Juleon won 1st place trophies at both north & south shore surf competitions @ 11 years old) sorry,  proud dad getting sidetracked...my point is a 14 day trip like this could easily cost you well over 5k+ plane tickets .  I'm just asking for 1000, which you could split between 4 friends.  250 dollars to be able to camp in a vintage VW Bus on a beach on kauai!
