Hello! I'm starting this spotfund as a way for friends, family and strangers to invest in my future!
My immediate goal is to raise enough money to attend a Lash Box LA lash extension course in August. This 8 hour, in-person training could launch my career and help me advance my technical skills. It's very exciting!
Moving forward, I'd like to keep this fund open for those who want to support my career by donating for future educational opportunities.
A little back story...
I'm a 42 year old mother of a beautifully wild boy! I'm a recovering addict who's struggled with completing any single accomplishment in my adult life. Until now... In 2022 I graduated from my local beauty college and obtained licensure in esthetics. It was a big deal! This is the first time I've seen any attempt at a career to fruition! It feels amazing! Not to mention that I get to make people feel and look beautiful. To heal while healing. I love my profession.
So, as I start this journey, I'm working towards developing my skills, building clientele and gaining more knowledge. There are so many different directions that I can take within this job title. The opportunities are endless and I'm excited by them all! With your support, I hope to have the opportunity for continued education classes that could potentially boost my career and see a successful future for my son and I.
I am so grateful for everyone in my life who's believed in me. For every single person who's come and (in some cases) gone. I've been shaped by my past but I am defining my future.
