My sweet mother Mary Lavina Jones passed away yesterday, August 17, 2025 at 8 PM. On Mother’s Day this year she found out that she had metastatic stage four pancreatic cancer. Even the doctor told her it was too late by the time she found out, but she still proceeded to try to do everything that she could to slow down the cancer from growing. Unfortunately it was too aggressive and her body was already too weak to fight it off. My Mama fought as hard as she could to stay alive for as long as she could. God had bigger plans and he said it was time for her to quit fighting and quit hurting and now it’s time for her to rest. Even though we have known she was going to pass we have barely been able to keep the bills paid up on time, so with this happening, I ask any and everybody that can help please help us pay for my mom’s cremation. Anything will help us and my husband and I greatly appreciate you all that can pitch in to help.
