Trying to raise money to purchase Tunnel Mill from the Boy Scout Council to preserve the history of the property as well as keep it as a youth camp. Once purchased the Friends of Tunnel Mill (A non-profit group of volunteers) will operate the camp for all youth not just Boy Scout groups to visit, camp, hike, learn about it's rich history and offer programs so that ALL youth may enjoy it's rich heritage in an outdoor setting!
Our goal is to offer weekend camping, week long summer camps, summer day camps, a dining hall for family reunions or weddings and day events for merit badge fairs or historical hikes to educate anyone interested in the early history of Clark County and Charlestown and the part Tunnel Mill played in it!
