I recieved an early morning phone call from my 12 year old daughter in straight panic looking like she just seen a houseful of ghosts, telling me that her grandmas (my mom) house is on fire! She woke up to the sound of someone outside yelling an the smell of smoke she ran to the kitchen to see flames coming in from the enclosed front porch she ran into her great grandmas room and than to her grandmas to wake every one up and get everyone out through the back windows. After the fire was put out she went in with fire fighters to rescue their 7 cats! Everyone got out safe🙏 but now, they are left without a home for the time being (not too much damage that can’t be saved we hope) but it’s def not livable at the moment. My mom moved into this home to take care of her elderly mother and my mom has some health problems herself. My 12 year old daughter was staying with her to start fresh in a new school (she had a lot of issues in our district) my moms boyfriend is the only one providing at the time! Now… they are left with 7 cats homeless. I am trying to help them come up with some money to not have to worry about a roof over their heads and get a hotel paid for them for the next couple weeks until they can figure out their next move! Please, any little amount will help and I know times are so hard right now for everyone if you can not help please atleast share this post to get it out to as many people as possible!
