Just over a year ago I moved my  6 children and now new grandbaby from the northeast to Florida for a better life.  We connected with a local realtor who in turn set us up with a seller selling a double wide manufactured home in Hastings Florida.  I have sadly learned the hard way about buying a relocated manufactured home that was not properly set up, tied down or remodeled.  My home today is full of mold, rotted, exterior and leaking roof and walls.  I work as a home health care for the elderly, I clean homes and I work at the local laundromat to make ends meat for my family as I'm the only breadwinner.  The kids have headaches, allergies they never know about and we need help!  Please, we are paying an attorney to get the seller to do the right thing but they only wasted my time over the past year.  Nothing has been done.  I pay 2 private mortgages on this home and the parties involved are high profile folks in St Augustine,  I am asking for my children- to be able to buy a new Manufactured home. Nothing fancy, just one that has no health and safety issues.  The seller, realtors, attorney and even the county inspector all seem to have had involvement in defrauding a single mom. Please help me put a roof over their heads.  Goal to raise $60,000 to take off the old one and put on a new one.
