Hi! My name is Amirah and I need your assistance in achieving a goal to attend the Council on International Educational Exchange’s (CIEE) Theater Arts program in London, England this summer.
I was awarded a $3000 competitive scholarship for the program which will cover almost half of the $8100 needed for tuition, lodging and airfare.
I am a honors student at Binghamton High School, an accomplished musician (on the cello, drums and guitar), member of the chorus and drama club. You might have seen me perform in one of the school concerts or theater productions.
Studying abroad with CIEE this summer will be an important step towards my bigger goal of attending a university in England when I graduate high school in 2027.
