My name is Joe.
I have three wonderful children I'm working to win custody of.
In early March 2019 I filed for a divorce from my wife. We still lived together at that point.
On March 20th she had me arrested for raping her. Five days after I filed divorce paperwork. We finally went to trial on January 29, 2020. I was found Not Guilty by a jury of my peers on the oral penetration charge. Not Guilty on domestic volience.
A hung jury on forced penetration.
Prosecutor dismissed all charges in July 2020.
One week before all charges were dismissed the divorce judge insisted our divorce be finalized. Sole custody of our children were given to my ex wife because I still had these charges against me. With a stipulation that a motion would be filed when charges were dismissed.
I'm financially ruined and broke.

$45,000 for Criminal Attorney
$15,00 for Divorce Attorney
$7,500 bond to get out of jail March 27,2019
$1,350 mt for Child Support.
Up to today, I have paid for everything on my own. I work full time plus as many side jobs as I can find.
I do not have any set visitation with my children and my ex-wife has not let me see them.
She just went to jail (Tuesday, April 13) for 90 days for stealing from an employer in July 2020. This is her Second Felony. Plus some other minor assault charges. Her car was reprossed on Tuesday and she and the children are being evicted from their rental.
She filed an emergency motion the day she went to jail telling the judge my charges were never dismissed and I was a danger to the children. The judge granted custody to her mother. I was never told about this hearing.
I filed a motion for custody the morning after she went to jail. I have a hearing in two weeks. I'm prettified that if I don't have an Attorney the judge will not amend the custody order.
I have only seen my children a handful of times since March 2019.
I need help to cover the costs of paying my Attorney another $5,000 so I have representation at this next hearing
