November 18th - Hi everyone! As some of you might know, I am flying back to Israel tomorrow to go and help volunteer while simultaneously completing my internship program in Tel Aviv. Prior to the ongoing crisis, I had arrived in Israel in August and was living and working in Tel Aviv. I had an amazing time and felt completely at home there.
I was in Israel with my mom on October 7th when Hamas carried out their horrendous acts. Due to the severity of the situation, I had left Israel with my mom a few days into the war and have been longing to return and help ever since.
As I get ready for my flight back to Israel tomorrow, I am bringing with me a suitcase and duffle bag full of donations for soldiers on the front lines of the Israel Defense Force. A total of 30 polar fleece sweatshirts, 40 thirty-two degree long underwear tops and 30 beanies for the IDF. These items will be much appreciated since the IDF soldiers are now experiencing extremely cold weather.
While I continue to work in Tel Aviv, I am also hoping to continue volunteering and providing donations to the soldiers on the front lines and the families that were displaced as a result of the terrorist attacks.
If anyone would like to contribute to this cause, any donation will go a long way. It would be greatly appreciated by not only me but by many Israelis that have been heavily affected by the attacks on October 7th.
**Update**Through generous donations, and two holiday auctions, we have been able to accomplish the following.

$2000 Liran Team - Volunteers transporting the IDF from their bases to funerals, births of their babies, home for some rest, etc.
$3000 Unit 107 Organization - Providing necessary gear to IDF units.
$7080 Combat Helmets for an IDF Unit
$2500 Vegan Restaurant - Meals for soldiers.
$250 Candy Treats - IDF Unit
