AnImmigrantAppeal

I received an update from USCIS that my I-485 was denied, due to not having a proper affidavit of support. With that i will now have to resubmit this application for which the fee is $1440. The reason for me asking for help with this cost is not that i cannot get the money but i won’t be able to come up with this amount within a reasonable period of time. All that i work for goes straight to bills and my wife and step kids, and with the current state of this economy i do not want to waste a moment to resubmit my application.
