My brother battled a life-threatening infection last December. The recovery took months. He is doing great now and his health is getting back on track as we hoped.
I've been giving him every extra drop ($) I have since then and I'm officially tapped out.
He's proud. So proudHe doesn't know I'm doing this. But he needs help covering rent and one other essential right now, and I'm not going to let pride or shame get in the way.
He's close to landing a job. There’s two strong offers on the table. We just need to bridge the next six weeks.
Goal: $2000 (maybe 2500?)
We had a goal a goal of today, but it doesn’t look like that’s happening so I’m extending this through the entire month or for however long it takes.
This is the person I love most in the world. My baby brother… the one i built sand piles with down on LBI.
I’m fully aware most of us are stretched to the gills at the moment and I’m putting this together anyway.
