A Once-in-a-Lifetime Journey
As Christmas draws near and I reflect on everything this year has held, I'm filled with both gratitude and excitement for what's ahead. I've been given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel with my Azusa Pacific University theater arts cohort to the United Kingdom for a study abroad experience that brings our learning to life.
Exploring the Birthplace of Modern Theater
In the UK, we'll explore the birthplace of modern theater — visiting places like London's West End and the Globe Theatre — and take workshops with theater professionals who are keeping the art of performance alive. This trip will not only deepen my understanding of stagecraft and storytelling but also expand my perspective as an artist dedicated to connecting people through creativity and truth.
