A beloved member of our community, Erin Athey, lost her courageous battle with cancer on February 19th 2026. To know Erin was to know kindness, grace, love, and strength. An amazing wife, mother, and friend to all, Erin's greatest joy and purpose were her loving husband, Justin and her three amazing children, Avery (16), Jake (14), and Annie (10).
We are all looking for ways to offer support to the Athey Family during this time. After talking with the family, we know there will be ongoing household needs for Justin and the children (ex. things like their established house cleaning and laundry services, household management services, home projects). In order to help alleviate some of these daily stressors and take some things off their plate, we have set up one monetary donation account (via spotfund) with funds going directly to the family to cover and plan for these ongoing household needs.
The love and support around this family has been felt near and far. Thank you for continuing to provide support and love for the Athey Family!
