On 10/30/21 my brother Jason suffered a heart attack and passed away while celebrating with friends on a trip to Mexico. He was full of excitement for his trip and for all of his plans that he had laid out for his future. This was a devastating and completely unexpected loss. Our world has been rocked.
There wasn't a better man on this planet. He befriended everyone he knew. He was generous, funny, and compassionate. He truly was a gift to this earth.
He loved Monique more than anything or anyone in this world. He loved his kids with all of his heart, and loved all the joys of fatherhood. He was the heart and soul of his family.
If I can do anything to honor my brothers legacy, it would be to ensure that Monique, Sebastian, Rhythm, and Hazel are well taken care of. It would be ideal for them to have this time with as few changes to their everyday life as possible. I am hoping to get Monique set up with some funds so that they can keep up with their rent and dont have to move and have their lives uprooted during this time.
So many of our loved ones have asked how they can help, and this is the best way to do so. In helping take care of Monique and the kids, we are giving my brothers soul peace and allowing his legacy to be honored.
Jason will never be forgotten and the light and laughter that he brought into this world will forever be missed. We will attempt to live on in his memory and carry with us his carefree and comedic spirit
