My husband and my oldest son had gotten into a verbal fight and my husband asked my daughter for some advice or help. My daughter and her father have always been close. Even after she moved out of the home, she would come out after working over nights and fall asleep on our bed, ask her dad and I out to eat, loan him money when he needed it, gave him a hug and told him she loved him, call him when she needed help with something, and she would get upset when he didn't answer her phone call or we would tell her no. Well, my daughter now 18 moved out of my home in 2020. The day of this argument she kept my son that night so they had time to cool down and the next morning she went and filed sexual abuse charges on my husband, stating the abuse started in 2014 when she would have been 11 years old. Being a victim abuse myself as a child, never suspected that she was being abused and have no doubt in my mind that she is doing this for attention, because growing up she never showed any signs and was still close with him after she moved out. Having the proof and witnesses to say she is lying about these accusations, we need a lawyer to fight for us. My husband was given a court appointed attorney that he has tried contacting several times ,but won't return a call. My husband is facing the next 25 years in prison for something he didn't do. Please help us.
