As we all know, healthcare is so difficult and expensive in this country.. and for that reason, I've seen so many good people suffer because they dont have the means to get the help they need. Aly Balles is one of those good people..
Rarely have I seen such a kind, deserving soul when it comes to needing help from the community. Aly is an educator and also a rehabilitator of animals in need, namely reptiles. If an animal is suffering, she's there to put everything into getting their health back to par and giving them a second chance. Well now it's her turn to get that second chance, and she can't do it alone..
When I had asked Aly more about her condition she told me this: "I started going in and out of renal failure a few years ago, so I knew it was coming, just not this quickly. This past year, I've changed everything. The way I eat, exercising more and taking much better care of myself. I got very sick after hiking, and within a few hours, I was unconscious and taken to the emergency room. My left kidney failed fully, and my right kidney was functioning at 3%. I had surgery for a temporary central line, and I have an upcoming surgery for a permanent port placement. I am being put on a transplant list for a new kidney and a pancreas, and the recovery time is going to be a long process."
In other words, she's really struggling just to survive. However she cannot afford the medical help she needs, nor can she afford her regular bills since she is putting everything she has into medical care.
So please, help me help this kind person. Anything helps🙏
