Joseph's Stem Cell Treatment

In November of 2023, my son Joseph, who was 20 at the time and is autistic,  was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. He went through months of chemotherapy to finally achieve remission. A little over a year later he came out of remission and underwent the Car-t cell treatment, which gave him almost a year of remission. A couple of month ago we discovered it is back. This time he will need a stem cell transplant. This is a long treatment. We will have to live in the area for about 5 months and he will have to have a caregiver for the entire time. I have been his caregiver since I left Louisiana. I will have to take medical leave from my job,  which is unpaid. He will need to be taken care of for those months. I know times aren't easy for a lot of people right now and I hate to ask for help,  but we really will need help with the expense of having to stay so far from home with no work for this time.
