Sally was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer some time ago. She went in about 5 weeks ago for her 3rd brain surgery and it left her brain damaged and we didn't know how much she would be able to get back. She spent a little over a month in the hospital and also rehab that was on a different floor of the hospital. They finally released her to come home on April 25th but my brother Jim had to care for her 24 hours a day and was unable to leave the house. He was doing a great job taking complete care of her. So yesterday on may 2nd Sally was unresponsive and would just stare off and couldn't say any words to him so he called the ambulance and went back to the hospital to find out her tumor they just removed had returned and caused a brain bleed. At 2am this morning they had to do emergency surgery again.
To be honest we don't know how much more time we have with Sally. They are now talking about when she gets released she will be put on hospice.
They don't have much and he has to drive an hour and a half each way to the hospital to be with her and she does need certain supplies that's not covered by insurance.
If you are able to donate anything to help them the family appreciates it so much. Let's try to meet this goal for them. If anyone needs it they do.
