Help Tootsie Get Urgent Vet Care ASAP!!!

tootsie is 10 years old, barreld hipped and a little on the big side. she is in need of money to see the vet and pay for what ever is going on with her. for about a year now i’ve noticed a small limp on her right leg but it hasn’t seemed to effect her even when she runs it does not effect her. she stayed the weekend at my dads and today 5/17/26 around 9-10am she would not even move or wake up for about an hour. i went over there and eventually got her up and outside, she ran for only a second and was running completely sideways. it took a long time to get her in the car to take her back to my house and when we got her back out the car she later down right where she got out and didn’t get up for an hour. i got her inside and on her chair, she’s acting so tried and looks lost in her eyes. i eventually encouraged her to try and go outside and when she got up she only walked a few steps then collapsed. she sat there for awhile then got up and drank some water and layed back down. i’ve called multiple vets and multiple animal resources to get help all the vets said it sounds to be something internal not only her hip. i’m really worried about her she’s never had health or physical issues ever. if anyone could please help and donate so she can see a vet and help the expenses of whatever treatment they might need to do on her. anything helps thank you!
