The kids and i have had 6 beautiful years in our condo , thought we had at least 4 more years left , unfortunately my landlord gave me a devastating text message . No notice for maybe 6 months to a year they will be selling but instead right now “we intend to list for sale by 4th of July.” Obviously the kids were devastated to hear this news, but we have found joy in the housing hunt adventure. Unfortunately as many know i’m a single mom with no coparent and i make magic happen for my kids . i have called 211 and team inc for security deposit help and funds have dried up . this is why i need support to pay for the deposit of a new rental and start over.
