As much as I hate asking for help, I am in need of help to prevent getting evicted.
I have been unemployed since mid-November and have applied everywhere here in town with no luck. I am waiting from Unemployment and my girlfriend is waiting for a decision from Social Security about benefits.
Our landlord knew our financial situation and has now decided to serve us a Notice to Quit for getting behind on rent... if we can get the money owed in 5-7 days from now the landlord CAN NOT LEGALLY EVICT US anytime soon.
